The building is laid out on a single floor around a large courtyard-garden, which serves as a common reference for all areas and a dynamic element for the communal and circulation spaces. We sought to shape spaces that accommodate activities designed to improve the quality of life for their users, stimulate the development of their abilities, and foster pleasant pathways. From the exterior, the Center offers a compact image that respects the plot’s alignments and shields its interior from unwanted noise and views.
